In the past we followed the mainstream of marketers in the sales of Chinese imported ATVs and Scooters. The market placed an emphasis on low price, getting the vehicles to the consumer at the lowest possible cost. It is no wonder that quality and service suffered.
BIG CAT Powersports will not continue to market its products in this way any longer. Our approach has taken a sharp turn in the direction of higher quality products and strong post sales support.
BIG CAT Powersports no longer purchases products from Chinese mass producers who produce all products, but none at an acceptable level of quality. We have travelled extensively in China to identify "niche" factories that excel in specific vehicles. As a result, we purchase different lines from different manufacturers - each manufacturer specializing in a different type of product. This allows us to bring you the best China has to offer.
BIG CAT will also be stocking a full line of parts for each model that we carry. We hope that this radical approach will allow you, the dealer, to shop with confidence, knowing that the product is safe and in good working order and that parts are readily available.
